just saw the Baftas through the BBC iplayer last night. most of the winners were not there to receive their awards -- geoffrey rush, david fincher, natalie portman. was surprised when christian bale did not win but it was the king's speech appreciation night. the social network is now out on DVD. i miss the days when i could just drop by the cinemas anytime. now i have to abide by the schedule, timetable or diary. DVD is it then, more joy when it's discounted.
