I tuned in to Bombo Radyo Bacolod at like two pm, it was an hour before midnight in the Philippines. Masskara will start Monday. That's our city's festival. There would be street dancing competitions, parades, beauty pageants and all sorts of activities. Our city comes to life every October.
I don't speak Ilonggo every day. Just to hear the language, is refreshing.
