as for me, i'm still poorly and vehemently annoyed with the health service. there's this eureka competition at work, a venue to suggest innovation and improvements. the winning entries are good, geared primarily toward clinics and appointments. i applaud those with the time to come up with entries. but why do i always have to dig deeper to see a specialist? why are the appointment clerks ever so rude? just why?
